The company started its operation in 1965 in Lahore as a sole proprietorship concern, changed into partnership in 1969 and later incorporated as a private limited company in 1977. The company has its head office and factory in Lahore, with branches in Rawalpindi, Karachi and Faisalabad, and a marketing network throughout the country.

Haseen Habib Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. was founded by Late Mr. Ata-ur-Rahman Barry, who held a Master's degree in Public Administration and was considered an authority in the field of fire fighting and safety.
